Welcome!

In this course we will review the many topics you may need to prepare for the birth of your little one. This course is designed for people birthing within a hospital setting and geared towards those who may or may not want to use epidural anesthesia or haven't quite decided yet.

The course will be broken into three sections:

• Basics of Birth; covering basic anatomy and how birth hormones impact the birthing process.
• Practical Tips: comfort techniques, ways to facilitate a smooth labor, and what to expect in the hospital.
• Beyond the Birth; recovering from delivery, breastfeeding, and newborn basics.
